INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION

1. PT PLN (PERSERO) invites sealed Pre - Qualification from the Applicants for pre ? qualification process the Development of Extra High Voltage Transmission Line and Substation with Build, Maintain, and Transfer Scheme in Sumatera, Indonesia. The services to be provided under the Contract include the source of finance for the project, environment study, survey, land acquisition, ROW compensation, permits, design, licensing, construction (fabrication, delivery to the project site, setting out, installation, testing, commissioning, and SLO certification), insurance and maintenance the plant for 10 years since COD at its own coat and risk.

2. This projects consists of:

Package	Projects Name
Package 1	The Development of 500 KV Transmision Line Perawang - Rantau Prapat and 500 KV Substation Rantau Prapat
Package 2	The Development of 500 KV Transmision Line Rantau Prapat - Galang and 500 KV Substation Galang

3. International competitive bidding will be conducted in accordance with PLN procedure.

4. Only the Applicants with the following key qualifications will be considered:

Criteria	Requirement
Financial Information	- Ability to provide minimum eguity of 30% (thirty percent) of the total Project cost - Ability to secure funding or credit facility from bank or other financial agents (lender) for the project financing
Experience	- Have experience of similar Transmission Line and Substation
Other Criteria	- Other requirements, as stipulated in the Pre - Qualification Document

6. To purchase the pre ? qualification documents, the Applicants should:
? Write to address above requesting the pre - qualification documents for pre ? qualification process of the Development of Extra High Voltage Transmission Line and Substation with Build, Maintain, and Transfer Scheme in Sumatera, Indonesia.
? Pay a non-refundable fee of IDR 7,500,0O0 (Seven Million and Five Hundred Thousand Indonesian Rupiah) for each package at the above address during office hours started from May 1 7th, 2017. The method of payment will be cash paid to PLN cashier.
? Prospective Applicants which had registered previously on the procurement of-Development of Extra High Voltage Transmission Line and Substation with Differed Payment Scheme in Sumatera, Indonesia, may obtain the above pre-qualification document free of charge.

7. Clarification meeting will be held on:
