INVITATION NOTICE FOR THE RE-PREQUALIFICATION OF APPLICANTS
FOR THE RENTAL IMPLEMENTATION OF LAMPUNG COAL FIRED
STEAM POWER PLANT
PT PLN (Persero)(PLN) intends to select a potential project sponsor (the ?Project Sponsor to develop Coal Fired Steam Power Plant Rental Project in Republic of Indonesia. The selected Project Sponsor will develop, finance, construct and operate the Project with gross capacity of each project is:
The Project is on a Build-Own-Operate (BOO) basis pursuant to a long-term concession period up to 9 (nine) years.
This Re-Prequalification is open to interested party or parties, either domestic or foreign partnership with domestic, who have previous experience in implementing power generation projects and will be selected through a competitive bidding process from a pool of Applicants that meet the qualification criteria as set forth In Pre-Qualification Document. The Qualification Criteria will be based on three categories represent the Applicants ability to develop similar projects, its power generation experience and its financial strength.
PLN invites interested parties to submit PQ?s applications in accordance with the criteria set forth in the Pre-Qualification Document. Only Applicants whose Qualification Statements demonstrate that they meet all of the criteria set forth in the Pre-Qualification Document will be invited to submit bids for the Project.
Pre-Qualification Document may be collected from July25 to August 09, 2012 at the following hours : 09.00 ? 15.00 West Indonesia Standard Time after payment of a non refundable fee in the amount of Rp 500.000,- (five hundred thousand rupiahs) at the following address:
