PLN re-tenders 900kt coal supply for Asam Asam

South Kalimantan unit of state electricity firm PLN announced on Saturday third re-tender to supply 900,000 tonnes of low CV coal to its 2x65MW Asam Asam power plant after the previous tenders failed to produce winner.
The Company maximum price set for the tender would be RP.207 billion (US$=Rp.9,100)
Bid submission for the re-tender would be set up on April 5, 2010 at PT PLN (Persero) Wilayah Kalsel dan Kalteng, Jl. Panglima Batur Barat
The winner will supply 25,000 tonnes of 4,200 kcal/kg (AR) coal per month to Asam-Asam for three years. (denny)
