PLN re-tenders project to build Belawan power plant

State owned electricity firm PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN) has decided to retender again the project to build a 60-MW diesel power plant in Belawan, North Sumatra, Bisnis Indonesia Daily reported on Thursday.
Public Relations and Legal Affairs Manager for PLN's Nothern Sumatra Operation Marojahan Batubara said in Medan on Wednesday that the decision to re-tender again the project was made because none of the bidders fulfill the requirement in the first retender.
