PLN replaces BoD of IP, PJB

State owned power company PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN) has reshuffled the management of two subsidiaries PT Indonesia Power (IP) and PT Pembangkitan Jawa Bali (PJB).

"The reshuffle is a regular one aimed at adjusting the companies to our business strategy," PLN Pesident Director Fahmi Mochtar said on Friday, adding the reshuffle will affect both the board of directors and board of commissioners.

IP's President Director Tonny Agus Mulyantono is retiring and will be replaced by Joko Hastowo, currently PLN's Vice President Director for Human Resources Development. The new IP board of directors will include Supangkat Iwan S as business and development director, Mustiko Bawono as operation director, Firman Dini as human resources development director and Sri Wahyunie as finance director.

PLN's Operation Director Murtaqi Syamsuddin will serve as IP's president commissioner.

PJB President Director Agus Pranoto will be replaced by Susanto Purnomo, formerly the IP development and business director. (godang/bernard)
