EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST
The Government of Republic of Indonesia has received financing from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) toward the cost of ERP EXPANSION SUPERVISION Project, and intends to apply a portion of the funds to the proceeds for consultant services for PLN ERP EXPANSION SUPERVISION.
Consultant is required to assist PLN in providing supervision service to PLN?s ERP Project which is SAP based, through:
1. Provide assistance with program management, contract management and validation and verification of deliveries and milestones under the ERP Expansion Phase III to ensure its successful implementation
2. Preparing Benefit Realization model to track and measure the benefits of ERP Implementation
3. Develop and implement a Change Control Plan for the Operational ERP system following standard industry practices
4. Controlling and supervising the execution of the quality assurance plans and processes
5. Making recommendation on standards and procedures for quality assurance
PT PLN (Persero) now invites eligible Consultants to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested Consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.) and must have over 5 (five) years work experience on similar assignments. Previous track record in Indonesia is an asset, fielding project teams that has a significant proportion of members with Bahasa Indonesia fluency is essential for the assignment.
A consultant will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the World Bank?s
Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers, May 2004, Revised October 2006.
