PLN retains Darmawan Prasodjo as CEO, appoints deputy president director in board reshuffle

State-owned electricity company PT PLN (Persero) retained Darmawan Prasodjo as president director following its 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS), while creating a new deputy president director position and reshuffling its board of directors.

The shareholders appointed Yusuf Didi Setiarto as deputy president director, a newly established role within the company.

PLN said the changes are aimed at strengthening corporate governance and supporting the continuation of the company's transformation amid developments in the electricity sector and national energy priorities.

The new board of directors comprises:

•           Director of Legal Affairs and Human Capital Management: Nurlely Aman

•           Director of Finance: Sulistyo Biantoro

•           Director of Corporate Planning and Business Development: Rakhmad Dewanto Haris J.

•           Director of Project Management and New & Renewable Energy: Suroso Isnandar

•           Director of Technology, Engineering and Sustainability: Edwin Nugraha Putra

•           Director of Retail and Commerce: M. Fahrur Rozy

•           Director of Risk Management: Denny Triyanto

•           Director of Transmission and System Planning: Daniel Karmel Fernando Tampubolon

•           Director of Generation Management: Rizal Calvary Marimbo

•           Director of Distribution: Arsyadany G. Akmalaputri

The AGMS retained PLN's board of commissioners, led by President Commissioner and Independent Commissioner Burhanuddin Abdullah and Vice President Commissioner Suahasil Nazara.
