PLN?s BoD lineup

The government has appointed new Board of Directors (BoD) line-up at state electricity firm PLN and retained two current directors in the line up.

According to sources, media magnate Dahlan Iskan will be assisted by nine directors to run the company.

The sources said government will position of two current directors Setio Anggoro Dewo and Murtaqi Syamsuddin in the board.

Said Didu, senior official at the Ministry of State Enterprises confirmed that PLN?s BoD and Board of Commissioner will eb installed on Wednesday.

This is the line up according to the source:

1. President Director: Dahlan Iskan

2. Director of Planning and Technology: Nasri Sebayang, currently Head of PLN?s Primary Energy Unit

3. Director of Finance: Setio Anggoro Dewo

4. Director of Business and Risk Management: Murtaqi Syamsuddin

5. Director of HR: Eddy Erningpradja, currently HR and Organization Manager at PLN?s P3B Sumatra

6. Director of Strategic Procurement: JB Bagyo Riawan, currently Deputy Director Java-Bali Power Generation

7. Director of Primary Energy: Nur pamudji, currently GM of PLN?s P3B Java-Bali

8. Director of Java-Bali Operations: Ngurah Adnyana, currently GM Bali Distribution unit

9. Director of Sumatra Operations: Harry Jaya Pahlawan, currently, Corporate Secretary

10. Director of East Indonesia Operations: Vickner Sinaga, currently Head of PLN?s ERS team

Meanwhile, government will also appoint BoC, led by Yogo Pratomo, a senior official at the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources who currently heads PLN?s 10,000-MW Crash Program Acceleration. He would be assisted by Wimpy S. Tjetjep, a senior official at the Office of Coordinating Minister of Economics, Former Environmental Minister Rahmat Witoelar and retired police general Adang Firman.
