PLN says coal stock remains sufficient amid bad weather

State-owned electricity firm PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN) claimed that coal stockpile at its entire coal-fired power plants remains sufficient for 25 days operation amid the current bad weather condition.
?Coal stocks are sufficient for 25 days, there?s been no obstacle,? Head of the Coal Division at PLN, Helmi Najamudin told Petromindo.com Monday, adding that coal loading and unloading process at the power plants has not been disrupted so far.
He added, however, that PLN will closely monitor the bad weather situation, which has caused high waves in the seas.
