PT PLN (Persero) has received financing from the French Development Agency, for carrying out a Consultancy services for the implementation of the project ?Duri Kosambi - Muara Karang 500 kV Line ?Project.
The required services are to assist PT PLN in the overall management, engineering, inspection, construction coordination/quality assurance and testing/commissioning of the facilities on the Project as well as co-ordinate training to be provided by the Contractors.
PT PLN is therefore seeking the services of qualified and experienced International firm specialized in electrical power systems and transmission networks to assist the Project Implementation Team.
In order to fulfill those tasks, the Consultant should be able to demonstrate extensive experience and capacity to mobilize expertise in the following fields:
- Expertise in transmission line projects engineering, with demonstrated knowledge of the transmission line sector in Indonesia or similar countries (past project experience in the country desirable);
- Expertise in carrying out Environmental and Social impact studies;
- Ability to work both in English and Bahasa Indonesia;
- Experience in projects financed by international donors will be highly appreciated;
In addition: A combination of international and local expertise will be sought.
PT PLN (Persero) now invites consultants to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.). Consultants may associate to enhance their qualifications.
The Client will prepare a short list of about six candidates to be pre-selected on the basis of the expressions of interest received. Request for Proposals to perform the services will be sent in a second stage.
Expressions of interest must be delivered to the address below by March 15, 2016.
