State-owned electricity company PT. Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN) said it has yet to determine the EPC contractors of the planned giant Sumsel-9 and Sumsel-10 power plant projects as the government has yet to approve the requested government guarantee for the projects.
Director for Strategic Procurement at PLN, Bagiyo Riawan said that the Ministry of Finance until now has yet to approve the proposed guarantee.
