INVITATION FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST
RE PRE-QUALIFICATION
(For RE-TENDER PROCESS)
of
OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES
TANJUNG JATI B COAL-FIRED POWER PLANT UNIT 3&4
(2 x 660 MW) CENTRAL JAVA, INDONESIA
PT. PLN (PERSERO) PEMBANGKITAN TANJUNG JATI B (TJB), the internal strategic business unit of PT. PLN (PERSERO) (?PLN?) invites interested parties to apply for the receipt of a Re Pre-Qualification (Repeat Pre-Qualification) Document for the Operation and Maintenance Services of Tanjung Jati B Coal-Fired Power Plant Unit 3&4 (2 x 660 MW) in Central Java, Indonesia.
The contract term comprises two stages (i) the mobilization period during the construction and to the date of full commercial operation of the TJB 3&4 Plant, (ii) the operation period of approximately twenty (20) years commencing from the full commercial operation date, with possible extension or reduction there of as the case may be in accordance with the Operation and Maintenance Services contract terms, The TJB 3 & 4 Operator will he selected from domestic and international applicants that initially meet the Re Pre-Qualification criteria set forth in the Re Pre-Qualification Document and applicants who have already passed the original pre-qualification process which was announced on June 08, 2009 and there after submitted the bid proposal on October 28, 2009 (?Original Pre-Qualified Applicants?).
Interested parties who are capable and have adequate and current domestic and/or international experience in coal fired power plant operation and maintenance services, arc invited to request the Re Pre-Qualification Document. Only Applicants whose Qualification Statements demonstrate to PLN that they adequately meet the criteria set forth in the Re Pre-Qualification Document, in addition to the Original Pre-Qualified Applicants, will consequently be invited to re-tender technical and commercial bids which will be evaluated for the selection and placement of the TJB 3 & 4 Operation and Maintenance Services Contract.

Re Pre-Qualification Document may be purchased by any interested parties upon cash payment of a non refundable fee of one million Indonesian Rupiah (Rp 1,000,000) at the above address. Re Pre Qualification Documents will be issued from November 05. 2009 until 16:00 West Indonesia Standard Time on November 13, 2009.
Applicants should submit their applications by hand (not mail), during normal business hours at or before 14:00 West Indonesia Standard Time on or before November 19. 2009 to the address specified in the Re Pre-Qualification Document.
