PLN to raise $1 billion from global bond issue

State electricity company PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN) plans to raise US$1 billion worth of global bonds to be issued this year or next year.

PLN finance director Setio Anggoro Dewo told a press conference on Monday that the plan was being studied.

"The plan is still being studied, weather we will issue it this year or next year,? he said. (giok)
