PLN to re-tender 10 MW power plant in NTT

State-owned electricity company PT PLN plans re-tender a 10 MW power plant project in East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) Province as the previous vendor could not complete the project due to the drop in the value of the rupiah against the US dollar.

General Manager of PLN NTT Office, Richard Safkaur was quoted as saying that the tender was scheduled to be held in December.

The extra power supply is crucial to help resolve the lingering power crisis in the province, he added, but did not provide further details about the project. (*)
