PLN waiting for permit to utilize Pertamina gas pipeline

State-owned electricity company PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN) is waiting for the permit to be able to utilize the gas pipeline owned by PT Pertamina Hulu Energi Offshore North West Java (PHE ONWJ) to distribute gas to its PLTGU Tanjung Priok power plant in Jakarta.

PLN is hopeful that the gas can start to flow to the power plant in August of this year. ?God Willing, (the gas will start to flow) in August,? Head of Gas and Fuel Division at PLN, Suryadi Mardjoeki told Petromindo.com on Monday.
