PoD for Kisaran to be submitted in January

Oil and gas firm Pacific Oil & Gas (Kisaran) Ltd. (POG) will submit the plan of development (PoD) for an oil field in the Kisaran block, North Sumatra, in January 2015, according to an official of the firm.

?We are currently finalizing the PoD and will submit it in January,? POG?s External Relation Officer Miftahuddin told Petromindo.com.

Meanwhile, the spokesperson of upstream authority SKK Migas Zudaldi Rafdi said the PoD has to undergo two phases of assessment before being submitted to SKK Migas and the asssessment is now in the final phase.

POG as operator has 55 percent interest in the Kisaran block. ASX-listed New Zealand Oil and Gas Ltd (NZOG) has 22.5 percent interest with the balance held by Bukit Energy.
