Polish firm in S. Kalimantan coal mining venture

Poland mining firm Kopex SA will invest US$150 million in South Kalimantan coal mine, teaming up with local firm, the company?s official said.
Kopex President Tadeusz Soroka was quoted by Bisnis Indonesia daily as saying that the venture was part of $1 billion investment the company planned to invest in Indonesian mining and electricity sector within next few years.
He did not give further detail. (*)
