Poso 3x65 MW hydro power plant in Central Sulawesi is expected to start production in May 2012, or about six month late than originally planned, an official with state electricity firm PT PLN (Persero) told Petromindo.Com.

Director for Eastern Indonesia Operations Vickner Sinaga cited landslide problems as the cause of the project's start-up delay.

Poso power plant is owned by Indonesian conglomerate Bukaka Group and operates under the IPP scheme.
