Power supply from Tanjung Priok drop

State electricity firm PT PLN said on Monday that supply of electricity from its 1300-MW Tanjung Priok combined cycled power in North Jakarta would be lowered by 100 - 150 MW from Monday through Friday.

 

General Manager of P3B PLN Jawa-Bali Muljo Adjie said that two of the plant's generating units had stopped operation due to maintenance and repair works.

 

"Besides, other generators could not operate maximally because of limited supply of natural gas," he said. (*)
