PPA of Sokoria geothermal power plant agreed by PLN

ASX-listed Raya Group Ltd said that a power purchase agreement (PPA) for the 30 MW Sokoria geothermal power plant project on FLores Island has been agreed project owner PT Sokoria Geothermal Indonesia (SGI) and state owned electricity firm PLN.
Raya, which owns 45 percent of SGI, while the majority is held by PT Bakrie Power, said last week that PLN was expected to sign off the agreement within the next 7-10 days.
Elsewhere Raya said that SGI has obtained a temporary electricity business license from the Directorate General of Electricity.
