Premier Oil to complete Anoa Phase-4

Premier Oil Natuna Sea BV, a unit of UK oil and gas firm Premier Oil plc plans to shut operation down to allow the completion of construction of Anoa Phase-4 at the Anoa field on the Natuna Sea Block A in Natuna Sea, upstream authority SKK Migas said.

"The shutdown will commence on June 21, 2013, for about a month," Baris Sitorus, VP Representative of SKK Migas for Premier Oil, told Petromindo.com on Monday.

The company has said the project will develop around 200 bcf of proven reserves, through increasing the Anoa compression capability.

"The process of Anoa Phase 4 project has already reached 80 percent and remains on the track," he added.

The Anoa phase 4 is targeted to come on stream in the third quarter or September of 2013.
