Premier signs gas supply deal with Sembcorp

BPMIGAS Marketing Division Head Budi Indianto told Petromindo.Com that under the GSA, Premier would supply around 100 MMCFD of gas through West Natuna Gas Pipeline syetem. Budi said that under the current crude price, gas would be sold to Sembcorp at around US$11 per MMBTU.
Gas from Gajah Baru would also be sold to a power plant in Batam island.
Meanwhile, BPMIGAS Deputy Chairman Dodi Hidayat told reporters that BPMIGAS has approved plan of development for Gajah Baru field complex which include Gajah Baru, Naga and Iguana discoveries.
Premier has a 28.67 percent interest in the Natuna Sea Block A and acts as operator. The other shareholders are Kufpec (33.33 %), Hess Corp. (23%) and Petronas (15%) (godang/bernard)
