PRESS RELEASE: KPC divestment

KPC shareholders are committed to continue negotiations on share price with the Department of Energy and Mineral Resources based on the KPC Coal Agreement.

As mutually agreed with the department, KPC will maintain the 2001 share price offer until end of March 2002. (*)
