PRESS RELEASE: Protesters leave KPC ? operations continue as normal

After a meeting between KPC?s President Director, Noke Kiroyan, the Regent of East Kutai, Awang Faroek Ishak, and the Regional House Speaker (DPRD), Abdal Nanang, the protesters from Samarinda and Bontang led by Amir P Ali, Chairman of Aliansi Masyarakat Kaltim untuk Keadilan dan Kesejahteraan (The Alliance of East Kalimantan Society for Justice and Welfare) left the KPC area as of yesterday 10 March 2003.

KPC operations have continued as normal. (*)
