RIO TINTO COMPLETES THE SALE OF PT KALTIM PRIMA COAL
10 October 2003 -- Rio Tinto has announced the completion of the sale of its 50% interest in PT Kaltim Prima Coal (KPC) to PT. Bumi Resources Tbk.
The transaction was announced on 21 July 2003.
