Production at Sukowati 21 runs at 2,500 bopd

JOB Pertamina Hulu Energi-Petrochina East Java (PPEJ) saw production from the Sukowati 21 development well at the Sukowati field in Bojonegoro, East Java flowing at 2,500 bopd, with total production of JOB between January and July averaging at around 41,000 bopd.

?Production at Sukowati 21 is running at around 2,500 bopd, and the current overall JOB production is stable at 42,000 bopd with average in January-July 2012 at around 41,000 bopd,? Operational Director of PT Pertamina Hulu Energi Edi Purnomo told Petromindo.com.

Edi Purnomo added that there will be drilling in at least four additional development wells in the Sukowati structure. ?We?re currently moving the rig from Pad A to Pad B,? he said.

On June15 th, JOB PPEJ ran production tests on the Sukowati-21 development well. The well was expected to produce 3,000 bpd of oil and 3-5 mmscfd of gas, said Salis Aprilian, President Director of Pertamina Hulu Energi.
