Gold mining firm PT J Resources Asia Pasifik Tbk (IDX: PSAB) has completed the sale of its shares in PT Arafura Surya Alam (ASA), marking the finalization of a previously announced divestment of its North Sulawesi gold asset.

In a material information disclosure submitted to the Financial Services Authority (OJK) on Feb. 12, 2026, the company said that its subsidiary PT J Resources Nusantara (JRN) finalized the transaction with PT Danusa Tambang Nusantara (DTN) on Feb. 11, 2026.

DTN is a subsidiary of heavy equipment distributor and mining company PT United Tractors Tbk (IDX: UNTR).

The transaction refers to the sale of all shares owned by JRN in ASA, as previously disclosed on Sept. 15, 2025. The company said the transaction value remains in line with the amount stated in the earlier disclosure.

The company stated that the completion of the transaction does not have any impact on its operational activities, legal standing, financial condition or business continuity.

The divestment forms part of a deal announced in September 2025, under which United Tractors agreed to acquire 100% of ASA with a total enterprise value of US$540 million, as part of its strategy to expand its gold mining portfolio.

ASA is developing the Doup gold project in East Bolaang Mongondow Regency, North Sulawesi. The project has been targeted to produce around 140,000–155,000 ounces of gold annually once fully operational.
