PT Cipta Kridatama accused of collecting illegal coal

PT Cipta Kridatama (CK), a contractor of coal mining firm PT Arutmin, has been accused of collecting coal from illegal miners, the Banjarmasin Post reported on Monday.
The company is operating in the Batulicin subdistrict, Tanah Bambu regent, South Kalimantan.
The paper said that CK had been collecting the illegal coal in a bid to meet the output target set by Arutmin.
Banjarmasin Post did not clearly said who made this allegation.
But the paper did quote CK official Jalil as dismissing the allegation. But he said that the company had been involved in a ?cooperation with other miners? (in the Arutmin area).
He said that this was still within the agreement made with Arutmin. (*)
