PT Inco approves an interim 2009 dividend of $0.01107 per share

JAKARTA, November 20, 2009 --- PT International Nickel Indonesia Tbk (?PT Inco?, or the ?Company?, IDX: INCO) today announced that the Board of Commissioners of the company approved the proposal of the Board of Directors to distribute an interim 2009 dividend of US$0.01107 per share.

The dividend is payable on December 29, 2009 to shareholders of record as of December 14, 2009. Indonesian shareholders will be paid the Rupiah equivalent of the US dollar amount based on the Bank of Indonesia middle rate on December 14, 2009. Foreign shareholders will be paid in US dollars.

The decision to pay a total interim dividend of US$0.01107 per share was made in light of the Company?s good financial performance through the first nine months of 2009 and its current good financial position. (end of release)
