PT Inco proposes 2007 final dividend

IDX-listed nickel miner PT International Nickel Indonesia Tbk (Inco) said on Thursday it proposed to its board of commissioners a dividend of US$0.02264 per share, consisting of a final dividend for 2007 of $0.0025 per share and an extraordinary dividend of $0.02014 per share.

This dividend, when combined with the interim dividend of $0.09797 per share paid in December 2007, would amount to a total dividend of $0.12051 per share for 2007. This proposed 2007 dividend compares with a total dividend of $0.0525 in 2006, it said.

The share figures noted here reflect the 10-for-1 stock split effective on January 15, 2008.

The recommended dividend is subject to the approval of the board of commissioners and will be presented at March 25, 2008 meeting. (denny)
