PREQUALIFICATION (PQ) ANNOUNCEMENT FOR

COAL PROCUREMENT FOR PAITON COAL FIRED POWER PLANT UNIT 7&8 (2x615 MW)

PT Paiton Energy (“PE”) hereby invites eligible companies to participate in the prequalification for coal procurement for Paiton Coal Fired Power Plant unit 7&8 (2x615 MW) (“Plants”) located at Paiton Power Complex, Probolinggo.

Interested parties must hold valid licenses and have sufficient coal reserves to support the operations of PE’s Plants commencing in year 2026 onwards.

General Requirements:

• Annual coal requirement: estimated at 2.5 million metric tonnes

• Term of contract: minimum 1 (one) year or up to 5 (five) years

• Coal Supply Agreement: to be entered and signed in 2026

• Coal delivery commencements: 3 (months) after decision
