PTBA files lawsuit against Sinar Agung over coal non-payment

State coal miner PT Tambang Batubara Bukit Asam (PTBA) has filed a lawsuit with South Jakarta's court against East-Java based firm PT Sinar Agung Putra Abadi on non-payment case.

PTBA?s lawyer Sutito said that Sinar Agung still have debt of Rp 1.74 billion (1US$ = Rp 8,600) plus two percent interest for 7,000 tonnes of coal that it bought from PTBA in January 2009. (*)
