PTBA, Indonesia Power start 2010 coal price negotiation

IDX-listed coal mining company PT Tambang Batubara Bukit Asam (PTBA) said on Wednesday it has commenced negotiation with PLN?s subsidiary PT Indonesia Power on 2010 coal supply.
?PTBA is proposing to raise 2010 coal price to Indonesia Power,? Corporate Secretary Achmad Sudarto told petromindo.com.
He did not give detail about the percentage of the increase, but said PTBA will likely deliver 6.1 million tones in 2010, similar to this year?s volume.
PTBA charges Indonesia Power Rp.884,000 (US$=Rp 9,300) per tonne CIF. (denny)
