PTBA reshuffles management team

Shareholders of IDX-listed coal giant PT Bukit Asam Tbk (PTBA) approved on Thursday during an annual shareholders meeting a reshuffle in the company?s board of directors and commissioners.
Orias Petrus Moedak was appointed as the company?s new Finance Director, replacing Achmad Sudarto, while Fuad Iskandar Zulkarnain Fachroeddin was named as the new Director of Business Development, replacing Anung Dri Prasetya.
In the board of commissioners, Heru Setyobudi Suprayogo was appointed a new Commissioner, replacing Leonard, while Johan O. Silalahi was appointed as Independent Commissioner, replacing S. Koesnaryo.
