A. PT. Bukit Asam (Persero) Tbk Tanjung Enim - South Sumatera is pleased to invite both National and International Construction Management Consultant Companies to present their interest and participate in the Prequalification phase of a tender for the following works:

Construction Management Consultant Services for
?The Development of Production Infrastructure Project
(Package 11-099)

In general, the Scope of Works of Construction Management Consultant Services is to supervise the performance of EPC (engineering, procurement and construction) Contractors and Non EPC Contractors, where the organisation of Construction Management should have four main functions; engineering, supervision, schedule & cost control and project administration.

Based on the location, this package is devided into:

1) Package 11.099 LOT-I
Supervision work to the performance of Contractors in Tarahan, Bandar Lampung, covering:
a. The Development of Tarahan Coal Terminal Phase-5 (EPC Contractor);
b. The Development of an Integrated Office Building of Tarahan Port (non EPC Contractor)

II) Package 11.099 LOT-2
Supervision work to the performance of Contractors in Tanjung Enim, South Sumatera, covering:
a. The Development of Phase-2 MTBU Coal Handling & MTB Overland Conveyor Facilities (EPC Contractor);
b. The Development of Coal Handling Facility of West Banko (EPC Contractor);
c. The Development of Rail Loop and Rail Bridges of TLS-1 & TLS-2 (non EPC Contractor)

B. Any interested Party may register and take the Prequalification Document at the following address from 05 to 06 May 2011 at 09.00 to 16.00 Jakarta time:
