PTBA to supply 1MT coal for Pusri starting 2013

State miner PT Perusahaan Tambang Batubara Bukit Asam (PTBA) has signed an initial deal to supply 1 million tonnes per annum of coal to state fertiliser firm PT Pusri Palembang, the company said on Friday.
PTBA will supply the fuel to PT Pusri for 20 years, starting 2013 said Achmad Sudarto, the company's spokesman.
"We sign the MoU to supply the coal for PT Pusri's coal-fired power plant which is now under construction and is expected to be completed by 2013," Sudarto told reporters on the sidelines of the MoU signing ceremony.
"Initial shipment will be 150,000 tonnes and will be gradually incrased to total 1 million tonnes," he said.
Sudarto did not give details on pricing but said prices will track market price for its 20 years contract. (godang)
