PTK launches TB Amberstar 40553

PT Pertamina Trans Kontinental (PTK), a shipping subsidiary of the state oil and gas company PT Pertamina, has recently inaugurated its new shipping unit called TB Amberstar 40553 at the Marine Section of PT Badak NGL Bontang.
The company stated in a press release obtained Saturday that the vessel, a harbor tug boat type, was immediately contracted by PT Badak NGL for 4 years. Besides strengthening its shipping fleet, the new unit will also increase its income from owned ships.
The inauguration ceremony was also attended by PTK Finance Director Tenny RA Rusdy, PTK Fleet Vice President Joko Pramono, PTK Bontang Branch Manager Elia Karimati, local officials, and a number of workers and crews of TB Amberstar.
