PTK manages Blang Lancang terminal

Offshore services company PT Pertamina Trans Kontinental (PTK), a subsidiary of state-owned oil and gas firm PT Pertamina, has recently signed a new agreement with affiliate company PT Perta Arun Gas (PAG) for the former to manage and operate the Blang Lancang terminal in Lhokseumawe, Aceh Province.
Pertamina said in a statement Tuesday that the agreement was signed on May 30 by PTK President Director Giri Santoso, and PAG President Director Teuku Khaidir.
As part of the agreement, PAG, which operates the Arun LNG receiving and regasification facility in Lhokseumawe, agrees to transfer four harbor tug boats to PTK to support the operations at the Blang Lancang terminal. No further details were provided.
The companies signed in 2015 a similar agreement for the operation of the Blang Lancang terminal.
