The commitment follows a meeting led by Dony Oskaria, head of BP BUMN and chief operating officer of Danantara, with the boards of directors of state-owned construction firms to discuss strategic measures to improve performance and drive corporate transformation.
PTPP said the restructuring initiative is aimed at strengthening the fundamentals of the national construction industry, making it more transparent, accountable, and competitive amid evolving market conditions.
As part of the sector, the company said it is prepared to implement key directives, including improving the quality and credibility of financial reporting, strengthening regulatory compliance, and enhancing transparency across its operations.
