PTTEP eyeing stake in Indonesia blocks

Thai firm PPTEP is eyeing to acquire stake at three producing blocks in Indonesia.
Bisnis Indonesia daily quoted PPTEP Indonesia General Affairs Afiat Djajanegara as saying that the blocks are located in Sumatra and Java and negotiations are ongoing.
The company is also reported to have relinquished its three exploration blocks in Indonesia namely Malunda in Makassar Strait (PTTEP 100%), South Mandar, also in Makassar Strait (PTTEP 50.7%) and Semai II in Papua. (*)
