Purnomo installs new senior officials at ministry

Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Purnomo Yusgiantoro on Wednesday morning installed new top officials at the ministry following a reshuffle move.

The new officials included director general of geology and mineral resources Simon Sembiring, director general of electricity and energy development Yogo Pratomo, ministry secretary general Luluk Sumiarso, and head of the ministry?s education and training center Suryantoro.

Simon took over his new post from Wimpy S. Tjetjep, who has been appointed as head of the ministry's research and development center.

Pratomo was previously the minister?s expert staff coordinator, while Luluk was director general of electricity and energy development. Meanwhile, Suryanto replaces T. Djajadiningrat, who is retiring.

Purnomo also installed Hikman Manaf as the minister?s expert staff coordinator. (Godang)
