Purnomo to dedicate operation of Apexindo?s rig in E. Kalimantan

Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Purnomo Yusgiantoro will on July 20 dedicate the operation of PT Apexindo Pratama Duta Tbk?s submersible drilling barge for Total E&P Indonesie?s Tunu field in East Kalimantan, a company official told Petromindo.Com Monday.
The dedication ceremony will take place in Balikpapan, said Apexindo?s finance director Agustinus B. Lomboan.
The so-called Yani Rig 104 will join her sisters Raissa and Maera 101 in Tunu field.
The rig, manufactured by Singapore?s Keppel Offshore & Marine, was designed to have a drilling depth capability of 7,600 meters.
Publicly listed company Apexindo is 77.53 percent owned by oil and gas producer PT Medco Energi International Tbk. (godang)
