Q1 coal production reaches 95 MT, says ICMA

Indonesia Coal Mining Association (ICMA) said that coal production in first quarter of 2012 reached 95 million tons.
The association?s Executive Director, Supriatna Suhala told Petromindo.Com that the production is higher about 2 percent compared to first quarter first production in the previous year.
Supriatna, however, said that the amount could be bigger than it is, since many of the association?s members are yet to submit its production data.
The association earlier predicted that coal production in 2012 could reach 390 million tons.
