(22 October 2010)--Further to our announcements of 24 March 2010, 11 and 12 June 2010, 2 August 2010 and 13 October 2010, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to update the shareholders on the proceedings in the District Court of Central Jakarta in Indonesia involving Aditya Wisnuwardana Seky Soeryadjaya, the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of the Company, in his personal capacity.

All terms used in this Announcement where relevant have been translated from the equivalent terms used in the Indonesian language and where relevant, in Dutch.

The Board is pleased to inform shareholders that the Panel of Judges has delivered an oral verdict earlier today in Jakarta. The Judges held, inter alia, that the Charges of ?korupsi? (corruption), ?penggelapan? (embezzlement) and ?pencucian uang? (money laundering) against Soeryadjaya be dismissed; thereby entitling the restoration of Soeryadjaya?s rights, dignity and good reputation, which have been damaged by the court proceedings.

The Judges further held that the allegations made against Soeryadjaya relate to a civil and commercial dispute involving commercial agreements and the ownership of shares in

TriStar Global Holdings Corporation (a company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands), a matter which was already decided by the High Court of the British Virgin Islands on 18 June 2009.

Accordingly, the Charges against Soeryadjaya have been dismissed.

As the court proceedings is in his personally capacity, the result of the litigation is not expected to have any impact on the financial performance of the Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2010. (end of edited release)
