Realm Resources draws interests from potential investors, financiers

Australian-listed company Realm Resources Limited (RRP) has received interests from strategic investors and financiers following the first site visit to the company's Katingan Ria concession in Central Kalimantan last year.

The company announced that the second site visit for the interested parties would be made for early in the first quarter in 2012 with a final site visit planned later in the quarter.

?Initial expressions of interest have been received from several potential strategic investors and financiers,? the company said, adding that it would continue to progress discussions with potential strategic investors, domestic and international financiers as well as equity brokers.

In the quarterly announcement to December 31 to the shareholders, the company said that the revised budget would be completed this month. The company did not elaborate the revised budget, adding that the aerial survey with the exploration work have improved the data set on resource and the company is currently adjusting its mine start up plan.

The company also reported that it appointed two senior staffs to support the development of Katingan Ria project.

The two are Michael Black with over 10 years? experience in developing and managing large scale resource projects in Indonesia, was named as the company's Chief Operating Officer for Indonesia.

Lawyer Eva Armila, an Indonesia national holding degrees in law and business from an Australian university, was appointed as the company?s General Manager legal for Indonesia.
