Regional Coal: STX Pan Ocean bags $210m coal shipment deal from KOSEP

Singapore-listed shipping firm STX Pan Ocean Co., Ltd. Tuesday announced that it has entered into a Consecutive Voyage Contract (CVC) with Korea South East Power Co., Ltd. (KOSEP) at total sales of approximately US$210million.
The transportation of steaming coal will take place mainly from Australia to South Korea. The duration of the contract is for 15 years from March 2013 to February 2028, the company said in statement. (denny)
