Regional LNG: PV GAS LNG seeks bids for spot LNG cargo delivery to Thi Vai Terminal

PV GAS LNG, a subsidiary of Petrovietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation (PV GAS), has invited qualified suppliers to submit quotations for the supply of a spot cargo of liquefied natural gas (LNG) under a newly issued procurement package.
The procurement, titled “Supplying LNG Spot Cargo (Package No.: ITQ-25-05-09)”, covers the delivery of one LNG cargo ranging from 2.85 million to 3.15 million MMBtu (±5%), under DES Incoterms 2000 or equivalent. The specific volume requirements and commercial terms will be detailed in the Term Sheet provided to participating suppliers.
The LNG cargo is to be delivered to the Thi Vai LNG Terminal, located in the Cai Mep Industrial Zone, Phu My, Ba Ria-Vung Tau Province, Vietnam, within the expected delivery window of June 5 to July 5, 2025.

The tender process will follow a single-envelope competitive quotation method, in line with PV GAS' procurement procedures. The contract will be awarded on a unit price basis, with further details outlined in the Term Sheet.
The Invitation to Quote (ITQ) was issued on Friday, May 9, 2025, and the deadline for submission is set for 9:00 a.m. (Vietnam time) on Wednesday, May 14, 2025.
The procurement will be financed through PV GAS’ working capital.
