Release: Caltex Pacific Indonesia announces new president director

Jakarta, March 4, 2004 ? PT Caltex Pacific Indonesia (CPI) announced today that President Director CPI, Humayunbosha, has elected to retire effective 1 May 2004. Succeeding Humayunbosha as the new incoming President Director CPI, will be Wahyudin Yudiana, who is currently Sr. Vice President Jakarta.

Humayunbosha joined CPI in January 1974 in the transportation department in Duri, Sumatra after graduating from the University of Indonesia with a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1973. He progressed through numerous positions of increasing responsibility, including international work assignments with ChevronTexaco, and was appointed VP Support Operations in September 1992 and VP Operations Minas in October 1994. Under his leadership, Minas implemented one of its most active multifaceted development programs and in January 1998 was appointed Sr. VP Business Affairs - Jakarta. In January 2000, he was appointed President Director, replacing Baihaki Hakim.

Wahyudin Yudiana joined CPI in 1975 in the Information Technology department in Rumbai, Sumatra after graduating from Bandung Institute of Technology with a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering in 1975. He progressed through numerous positions of increasing responsibility, including international work assignments with ChevronTexaco, and was appointed VP Corporate Human Resources in March 1996 and VP Operations Minas in January 1998. Yudiana assumed his current position as Sr. VP - Jakarta in January 2000. (end of release)
