Release: Links Island Holdings Limited: Change of name of company

March 10, 2005 - The Directors of Links Island Holdings Limited ("the Company") wish to announce that the Company proposes to change its name to Manhattan Resources Limited.

The new name would better reflect the company's expansion of business operations to include and focus on activities relating to the coal mining business as well as its parentage and affiliation to Manhattan Investments Pte Ltd, which currently holds approximately 54.0 percent of the issued share capital of the Company.

The change of name of the company is subject to the approval of Shareholders of the Company at an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) which will be convened on the same day as the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. A Circular to Shareholders setting out further details on the proposed change of name together with the Notice of the EGM would be sent to Shareholders in due course. (end of release)
