PAGARDEWA - LABUHAN MARINGGAI: 32?, 272 km (Onshore)
STATUS
KP 0 ? 4: Pipe construction (welding, trenching, lowering & back filling) completed. Hydrostatic test to Nitrogen Purging processes completed on 19 January 2007.
KP 4 ? 93: Pipe construction (welding, trenching, lowering & back filling) completed. Hydrostatic test completed. Dewatering process in progress and plan to be completed by 30 January 2007, will be followed by Swabbing.
KP 93 ? 170: Pipe construction (welding, trenching, lowering & back filling) completed. Hydrostatic test and Dewatering completed, Swabbing process ongoing and plan to be completed 31 January 2007.
KP 170 ? 272: Pipe construction (welding, trenching, lowering & back filling) completed. Hydrostatic test and swabbing completed. Installation of 4 units future connection and 4 unit Sectional valve completed. Preparation of caliper pigging and followed by drying process.
8 units from 14 units of sectional valve and future connection already installed.
Last caliper pigging (KP 4 ? KP 170): 6-10 February 2007 (Plan)
Last drying and Nitrogen Purging (KP 4 ? 170): 12-28 February 2007 (Plan)
Ready for Gas-in from KP 0: 28 February 2007 (Plan)
LABUHAN MARINGGAI - CILEGON: 32?, 105 km (Offshore)
STATUS
Pipe laying (near shore, and main offshore) completed.
Post trenching, backfilling, hydrostatic test, dewatering and swabbing completed.
Drying process is on progress, to be completed 31 January 2007 (Plan)
will be followed by N2 purging.
WEST JAVA DISTRIBUTION (1st stage)
STATUS
Pipe construction (welding, trenching, lowering & backfilling) from Bojonegara to first customer IPP, PT. Krakatau Daya Listrik (MDL), completed.
Installation for customer meter (KDL) will be completed 15 February 2007 (plan)
Hydrostatic test to N2 purging processes are completed and starting from 4 January 2007 ready for gas-in.
GRISSIK - PAGARDEWA: 36?, 196 km (Onshore)
STATUS
All pipes and sectional valves already 100% on site
Stringing: 70.8%, Welding: 65 %, Progress overall: 49.l%
Remaining land acquisition about 1 km (0.2 %) at Muara Enim, South Sumatra.
Negotiation with Land Owner still ongoing while commencing of re-route for backup plan. Targeted end of February 2007.
The pipeline will be ready for gas-in end of June 2007 (Plan)
LABUHAN MARINGGAI - MUARA BEKASI: 32?, 161 km (Offshore)
STATUS
Pipe laying (onshore, near shore, and main offshore) completed.
Tie-in will start early March 2007 (Plan). Preparation for post trenching at near-shore on both side, Labuhan Maringai & Muara Bekasi.
The pipeline will be ready for gas-in end of June 2007 (Plan).
MUARA BEKASI - RAWA MAJU: 32?, 34 km (Onshore)
STATUS
Pipe construction (welding, trenching, lowering and backfilling) completed.
Hydrostatic test up to N2 purging are completed and by the end of December 2006 ready for gas-in
PAGARDEWA - LABUHAN MARINGGAI: 32? 270 km (Onshore) (PARALLEL LINE)
All pipes already 100% on site stock yard and sectional valves will be delivered at the end of April 2007.
All ROW handed over on 15 December 2006 followed by commencement of physical construction (Stringing: 9.6 km & Welding: 2.6 km)
Target of completion: March 2008 (Plan).
PAGARDEWA COMPRESSOR
Land preparation completed.
Gas Turbines already tested in San Diego and targeted on site by the end of February 2007. Compressor Package is on mechanical running test at Eliott Ebara, Japan and targeted on site by mid of May 2007.
Balance of Plant (BOP) is under construction, such as:
- Temporary facilities (office & accommodation) installation, drilling work of deep well, and piling work for Compressor shelter completed.
- Civil work for Compressor Area, Control Building, and Warehouse are on progress.
- Estimated time arrival for pipes & fittings: February 2007, pressure vessel: April 2007 and valves: October 2007.
Target of completion: March 2008 (Plan) (end of release)
